1. What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

Our MOQ is flexible. For standard DIN bolts, nuts, washers and anchor bolts, small trial orders are acceptable. We also support sample orders for quality testing.

2. Can you provide samples?

Yes. We can supply free small samples, customers only need to cover the courier freight.

3. What standards do your fasteners follow?

We supply fasteners according to DIN931, DIN933, DIN934, DIN125, DIN529 and GB standards. Grade 4.8, 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9 are available.

4. What surface treatments can you do?

Blue white zinc, color zinc, hot dip galvanized and black oxide are optional.

5. What is your production lead time?

For standard stock items: 3-7 days. For bulk custom orders: 15-30 days, depends on quantity.

6. What payment terms do you accept?

T/T bank transfer. 30% deposit before production, balance before shipment.

7. Can we customize fasteners?

Yes. We support OEM & ODM, custom size, logo and special surface treatment.
